For more than 30 years, Chef Dwayne Johnson has cooked up delicious and creative meals. Chef Johnson discovered his passion for food at an early age in his hometown of Chicago. Through his family's frequent travels to places like Los Angeles, Florida, New York, New Orleans, he cultivated his love for food. After moving to Lexington as a kid, Chef Johnson honed his passion for the craft by preparing meals for his family while his parents worked. Since his introduction to the culinary world, Chef Johnson spent five years as the kitchen manager inside Lexington's civic center at Yesterday's. Since then, Chef Johnson has served as Omelet Chef at the Hyatt and as night chef at the Radisson Hotel. For eight years, Chef Johnson was also Sous Chef for SpindleTop Hall, UK's private membership club.
